From confirmation of your order by Sajke to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order – online. When you place your order on, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to our website. Bookmark this link, for it contains information about the status of your order, and is constantly updated.

Track Your Shipment
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the Courier used to ship these items, the Courier’s website address, and a tracking number. Please visit the courier company’s website, and use the tracking number to know the status of your shipment.

Tracking Package

There are chances of multiple delivery for more than one product purchased in a single order.

We shall provide you with the delivery status of your order at stage of the process. Order that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

Non-availability of delivery

Our shipping agency will make three attempts to deliver the package to you before they return it to us. We urge you to provide accurate information to make the process easier and faster. Please make sure the zip code and contact details provided are complete.

Mode of Payment

The mode of payment shall be PayTm, Google Pay, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery. Details regarding the same will be mentioned when you are place an order.

Duties and Taxes

Goods and services tax/Sales Tax levied by the Indian Government will be considered and deemed final. This policy may change with a change in the government norms.
