From confirmation of your order by PoppySeed to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order – online. When you place your order on heypoppyseed.com, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to our website. Bookmark this link, for it contains information about the status of your order, and is constantly updated.
Track Your Shipment
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the Courier used to ship these items, the Courier’s website address, and a tracking number. Please visit the courier company’s website, and use the tracking number to know the status of your shipment.
– In case you’re not sure about the size, you can Whatsapp or Mail us your measurements and we will customize the outfit as per your requirements.
Please Note – The customized orders shall not be exchanged, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances but only if there’s a damage.

- Check the products when you receive them for missing item/damage etc.
- Retain the packaging of the received item in case of discrepancies or damage.
- No refunds shall be granted in case the customer has given incomplete or wrong shipping information.
- If you don’t like the outfit or if it doesn’t suits you, you can Exchange the same with other Product available on Poppyseed website.
- Under the above mentioned cases, the logistics will be undertaken and borne by PoppySeed.
- Due to any reason if you don’t want to keep the product, we will provide you with a Credit Note of equivalent amount to your purchase.
Terms and Conditions:
- Credit Note can be used by you during payment for next purchase on our website.
- Credit Note can be used only once.
- Credit Note will be valid till next 6 month from the time it’s generated.
Please Note: We do not accept returns and make refunds if you do not like any product, we can only either exchange or give credit note.
Refund and cancellation will be initiated under the following cases:
- If the product is damaged. The customer must send a picture of the damage within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If there is a misprint or the design is distinctive as viewed on the website.
- Refund shall be made available in 4-7 working days from the day of pick up.
Reverse Pick Up
The option of reverse pick up can be availed in the areas of available pin codes. We shall arrange for the pick- up from the same place of delivery. The charges of the reverse pick up shall be borne by Sajke.
There are chances that this option might not be available for a few pin codes. In such a case we request the customer to send back the product to us and the entire amount will be reimbursed within 4-5 working days.
- For claiming refund, you have to send us the Picture on WhatsApp or Mail by highlighting the damage portion of outfit.
- We will forward the picture to our production department.
- If Production department feels that damage is due to negligence on part of our production and packaging team only then we will process your claim for refund.
- Our return and exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
Note: Refund, Exchange or cancellation procedures can only take place within 7 days after the order is received.
